- Member content (only where applicable): e.g. event photos uploaded by us.

4) Recipients / third parties
We use trusted providers as processors for hosting, maintenance and basic communication tools.
- Hosting provider & backups: EasyWP
- Contact forms / emails: WPForms
- Traffic statistics: basic server logs, no external data transfers.
- CDN/Security: integrated hosting services, no independent third parties.
We have appropriate processing contracts with all our service providers. We do not sell data.
5) International transfers
We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
6) Retention times
We retain data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and/or as required by law. See the table in section 3 for an example.

10) Children & photos
As a school community, some events include photographs. We only publish photographic material if there is an appropriate legal basis (e.g. parental/guardian consent or other legal basis) and we respect requests to take it down. For requests to remove a photo, please contact info@pta-kornesios.com or through form.
11) Changes in policy
We may update this policy periodically. The “Last Updated” date indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate means.
